Hikma Academy helped me become more connected to my Islamic identity. The classes were taught by Sr. Kaltun and were very engaging and I liked it included a quiz to see our knowledge gained.
The one day I had class rejuvenated me for the entire week. It helped me keep up with listening to lectures so as to come prepared for the class as well as increase my understanding of the topic of the day. I have also developed a very strong sisterhood that I am still part of. I am grateful that I am part of this, we do not have opportunities such as this in our communities.
